Amelia Bedelia Chapter Book 4-Book Box Set: Books 1-4

I bought this Amelia Bedelia collection for my great-niece because these books were my absolute favorite when I was growing up. I have so many fond memories of laughing at Amelia's hilarious misunderstandings and looking forward to each new adventure. I wanted to share a little piece of my childhood with someone I love, hoping she would enjoy them as much as I did. Watching her open the books and immediately become engrossed in them was such a special moment. She hasn't put them down since! She laughs at Amelia's silly mistakes, loves the colorful illustrations, and is always excited to read "just one more story." It's been wonderful to see these timeless books capture her imagination the same way they captured mine all those years ago. In a world filled with screens and electronic entertainment, it's refreshing to see a child so excited about reading. These stories are funny, engaging, and a great way to introduce young readers to wordplay and the quirks of the English language. Reading these books to a 5 year old. Some of the little jokes have to be explained, but she loves the silliness. Great photos. Fun!

El set está muy bonito, los libros con pastas blandas pero con acabados excelentes y el interior en papel reciclado muy legible (no es blanco). Tiene muchas ilustraciones en blanco y negro y el personaje vive aventuras similares a las que está viviendo mi niña, así que se identifica con el personaje.

I was super excited to share with my daughter, she didn't particularly enjoy it but I still think the stories are great!
