Looks to be about 3-4mm? It's not much, but it worked okay on my ipad with an esr shift case. Usb-c power delivery works as expected. The little grip sections on the outside edges help a lot with removing and attaching the plug, which is nice quality of life. The ports are reversible (in that you can flip the usb-c cords both ways and it still works), which isn't the case with every angle adapter.
