This safe is perfect for what I needed it for it's very lightweight so it's easier to pick up probably not with everything I have in it but I love it I haven't put the batteries in yet the key works perfectly and is a very unique key so it can't be copied I like that about the key this and the steel reinforced 2 bars are perfect I love this safe and will definitely order another one in the future it came faster than expected and it came at the perfect time when I was leaving to where i needed to move it to in process of moving and was done loading up van and it came so i was impressed with that timing... Very satisfied customer and customer service was great

Do not purchase this item. The return policy is within 30 days however the seller gets to say whether they received the item of them back in time to authorize your return. The locking mechanism on the safe did not work. I went through their instructions step-by-step was even able to get the safe to say OK; meaning you have so many seconds to open it (5) however mine would not open. Not plugged in as they suggested, not with the first time code and not with the emergency key. I would not buy from the seller or from the manufacturer again. Let me make it too much of a pain in the ass to return; even though I know they would get the product if I send it back right now, again, they get to say whether they receive it or not in order for you to receive your refund. Even if they agree with you, it may take 30 days to get your refund, if you want replacement, but they haven’t received your safe they will charge your card again. Again, do not purchase!!!

The safe is very roomy and capable of holding important files and valuables. It is fire proof and has bit key and code access.

Good price for type of safe. Very roomy and shelves are great for legal documents.

Not sure how to word this let alone correct it. One of my lock keys was bent. I guess I have one key that works but not sure how to correct this.

Very happy with this purchase. It may not be fireproof or waterproof but it does safely secure my valuables and documents and you can safety secure it to your floor or base. I actually have another smaller safe inside of it as well.
