I ❤️ this brand a friend (who’s Korean), gave me some of her tea to try. I enjoyed it SO much, I gave as a retirement gift for a friend, who is a 차 (tea) drinker also. It makes for an extra special gift choice for all occasion's.

This tea is amazing to the senses. The smell alone takes you away to a dreamy state.

Package came damaged and product is unable to return. Very disappointing. I wanted to give it as a gift but I can’t in this condition.

This tea set comes with five different flavors, and is packaged in a thin cardboard gift box. Attached to the box is a ribbon that I suppose is meant for carrying it. Otherwise, I sort of fail to see what the purpose of the ribbon is. This is not a criticism of the packaging itself, but what I will say is if you intend to buy this as a gift box for someone, you may receive the package a little banged up, like I did. Had it been shipped in a cardboard box, it would have likely held up to the transport much better. Mine was shipped to me in a padded envelope, so when I received it, it was bent out of shape, and looking worse for wear. That of course is not what you want when you are trying to give it to somebody as a gift, but I don't know how you would avoid that problem, which is something I felt worth mentioning. Again, that's not a criticism of the companies packaging, rather it's more of a gamble you take with how Amazon decides to ship the package to you. Of the flavors I liked the tropical black tea the best, and find it very tasty and soothing. All of the flavors were nice, and I certainly appreciate the variety. As a gift for those who love tea, I could see it going over very well, provided it comes in good condition. All in all, it's a nice little set, and makes for some lovely tea time. As someone myself who likes tea very much, and drinks it more or less everyday, I would be pleased to receive this as a gift. As long as it comes in good condition, I'd recommend it.

Im usually a fan of this brand. However, I didn't realize until this order that the tea is not completely natural. It contains artificial ingredients which to me defeats the purpose of drinking tea. I'm hoping in the future they make 100% natural teas but for now I have to give up drinking this brand.

I love Osulloc tea, the taste, fragrance, and item design are all wonderful. I purchased this gift set to give to someone. I saw several reviews of how the product arrived with the gift packaging box damaged and the product is not returnable, but I decided to still give it a try and ordered a few other items with it, hoping that it would be shipped in a box. Unfortunately, the gift box came in the amazon white and blue shipping bags and arrived crushed and ripped (from being thrown around or rolled around with other packages during delivery).After so many reviews of the product package being delivered in very poor condition, you'd think the seller might rethink the idea of shipping the PAPER gift bag and instead ship it safely in a box. Great tea product, but absolutely junk shipping. I would recommend the item for personal use only, not for gifting.
