Baby’s First Blocks & Rock-a-Stack Toy Set

These been great additions overall. My daughter is really enjoying the Rock-a-Stack right now, it’s easy for her to grab the rings, explore them, and start learning how they fit together. It keeps her engaged and feels very age-appropriate at this stage. The blocks are also well made and colorful, but I do think they’re for when she’s a little older. Right now, she’s more interested in holding and exploring the pieces than actually sorting them into the shapes. I can definitely see this in the rotation as she gets older.

I bought this set as an early learning toy, and it’s been a hit. The shapes and rings are bright, easy to grip, and just the right size for little hands. It’s great for helping with basic skills like sorting, stacking, and hand-eye coordination. The blocks fit neatly into the bucket, which makes cleanup simple, and the Rock-a-Stack rings stack smoothly without tipping over too easily. The plastic feels durable and safe, and it’s held up well to being dropped, tossed, and chewed on. Overall, this is a solid starter toy set that grows with a baby as they learn new skills. It’s simple, sturdy, and does exactly what you’d expect from a classic Fisher-Price toy.

I bought this for Toys for Tots at the Amazon Prime Day sale. I have decided to focus on young children because Toys for Tots needs toys for kids under three. Many toys for young children do not require expensive batteries, and I have read that young children are starting school with fewer skills. I did not open the package, but I had this ring stacker and a similar shape sorter as a child, and I believe they are classic toys. I wish it came with a photo of them on the box, but I will make one before I drop it off at the town police station and attach it with tape. The box is plain looking brown cardboard, but I am counting on the toys inside to be what I expect from Fisher-Price.

I've been buying proven classic Fisher-Price toys for at least 50 years. All my children had them, and now I'm buying for my grandchildren. They've always been developmentally positive and had babies safety in mind. I purchase this item with the First Builders set. I’m happy with both. These comes with wheels and the body to make a train. The head of the train plays a short music tone which my son loves. He tends to get the head and no one else is allowed to touch it. He likes playing the head to hear the short song it plays. Though he doesn’t build the train himself, he enjoys pushing it together. My daughter built a high tower with both sets and placed the train head on top. So much can be done with the two sets. This set does not come with its own storage but it holds perfectly in the first builders bag allowing me to keep all the blocks together. It has all the alphabet on the blocks and the first builder has all the numbers so I can teach him his numbers and letters while playing. It is so cute and suitable for any gender.

The toys we all used, love and remember. I love seeing my grandkids play with the same toys I remember playing with as a child. These are well made and fun to play with. I love that they came in a set
