Do you know where to find a stand with the same style as in the picture?

Unfortunately I do not. I bought this chair for my daughter and used an eye bolt on her ceiling and suspended the chair that way. I’m sure you can find the stand on Amazon.

can you hang this from the ceiling?

Yes if you install the ring on the ceiling joist. What I did was cut small Peace of a 2x6 and screwed that into the ceiling joist then mounted the ring to the 2x6.

What size chair cushion has anyone bought that fit nice with this chair?

I went to target and they happen to have the right size round pillow for the chair. For the back I just simple rectangle pillow.
