Folks, the support for this faucet is fantastic. When we received the product, the soap dispenser wasn’t working correctly. I contacted support and 2 days later we had a new dispenser. Here we are over a year after purchase and the spray head was making a noise, the led was working also. I contacted support and sent a short video of my issue and again they stepped up and replaced the spray head within days. Now, I know there are people that have purchased one of their products and want those to know that they stand behind their products. This has been a great faucet for my kitchen. I love the color changing to give me a heads up of what color it is to tell me what temperature range it’s in. It’s really handy. I can start it going and then when it turns red, I know it’s ready to do dishes because the water is hot without having to constantly check it.
