Turn jack 45 degrees. Lube the threads with each use. Should have a tube of lube in the case.
Lightweight, but it did lift my '67 Monaco without strain. Frame flexes some, but did not bend. Absolutely turn it 45 degrees, rather than perpendicular or parallel to the frame. This helps keep the frame from flexing. I lubed the threads after using it once because there was a lot of heat in the threads after lifting my relatively light Hyundai GT. Get some good lube. They should have included a tube in the case. Case is nice.

12/09 update: Just to give everyone an update on this. In my previous review I had stated that i was not able to use this on my first use. But because it has pass one month and pass my return period, therefore i was not able to return for a full refund. However, The seller has reach out to me today to give me a full refund even though my return window has passed. What an awesome customer service!!! This definitely show that they care for their customer and take their customer’s opinion a priority and make sure that we are happy. Definitely will buy from them again. Thank you very much for kind action. My previous review: I have bought this 3 month ago and today was my first time taking this out to use it and it doesn’t even work. Since it pass the one month window, im now stuck with this defective item. so disappointed 🙁

Poorly Designed – Breaks Instantly, Feels Intentionally Flawed
I regret buying the Electric Car Jack by ROGTZ. This product is an engineering disaster, and the issues are so glaring that it feels like the design flaw might actually be intentional. The gear mechanism failed on the very first use, and the housing—made of cheap plastic—cracked as soon as I applied pressure. The middle gear pushes against the housing, which isn't strong enough to handle the stress, causing the gear to pop off entirely. It’s as if the product was built to fail, likely to ensure repeat purchases. For something marketed as capable of handling two tons, the construction is laughably inadequate. It’s frustrating and downright dangerous. I can’t recommend this product to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

Less than solid "foot" support.
Probably don't try to use this jack on "soft" ground. The "foot" support on this is quite flimsy. I jacked a car on less than "solid" ground, and it severely bent the foot support.

this product seems very very good quality! I haven’t put it to use yet but it is very heavy duty and comes with everything in the pictures including a pair of gloves to work with. you can tell this is product is made very well and not cheaply at all. this will come in handy to carry in the trunk while driving incase something goes wrong!
