This is an excellent stethoscope which I use daily in primary care for adult and paediatric patients. I have had this stethoscope for 4 years now and although there are a couple of scratches I have not changed any part of it and it still works perfectly. For any junior Doctors considering the Littman II I think that it is worth the investment into something more robust and with superior sound transmission quality. Especially if considering practice for MRCGP or MRCP.
