I have no doubt these contain Lithium! One problem with Lithium is that is that if you take too much, or already get plenty in your diet, the build-up is potentially toxic. I recalled from grad school that the one of the signs is nasty diarrhea. I started taking this daily about three weeks ago, and about 9-10 days ago developed the runs every couple hours, and it went on for many days5 days.
