Love my computer
Itโs the very best! No issues, fast processor and beautiful large screen.

a big screen & clarity which is excellent. I only downgraded touch screen because I don't use it.
Large screen 27" because that is all the room I have for it. As a bonus it has two hard drives & 16 mb of ram. It's a great computer

It's a great computer after you make a few adjustments, in my experience.
Once you set up this computer, make sure you ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐ your computer right away. Without the current updates, you'll find your computer crashing a few times a day. Also if your sound bar sounds ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐, check the volume levels in your app (ie:Spotify) and the volume level for you computer. I've noticed if the app is maxed, then compressed distortion will be heard as you turn up your computer's volume. Having owned this computer for a month, I'm still uncertain if I solved this sound issue. (edit: After a month of owning, I FINALLY found a fix: Control Panel / Hardware & Sound / Sound / Speakers / Advanced / UNCHECK Enable audio enhancements. It was the "audio enhancements" which caused the compressed distorted noise in the speaker) The ๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ง quality isn't the best especially if you were previously a mac uses, but it is sufficient for most things. I'm fine with it. The ๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ can be a little choppy for some games, but I'm not much of a gamer, personally. Overall, this is a great computer for its price. I'm a happy customer despite of the learning curve it takes to make these adjustments. 4/5

Dell customer service sucks and so do their computers, save yourself the hassle and get a different brand

old computer - warranty expired
I was sent a computer with a expired warranty. bios for computer is 2023 - total rip-off and misleading definition on Amazon about service warranty - old product - had to do multiple firmware updates and run the windows 11 update. Think this was a windows 10 computer at sale to vendor in 2023.
