This is expensive to purchase on a regular basis as it’s not feasible in a long term for consumers to buy it on a monthly basis unless you’re rich. Plus taking a four large pills it a lot vs one capsule. It feel nauseous when swallowing due to the size and lot of pils to take.

I have read reviews that said these will hurt your stomach. So when I started, I slowly worked my way up to four pills a day. I think that helped and I had no stomach issues..
