I ordered a Protec Spitfire from another seller on Amazon, it had no foam under the black pads, and met no safety standard. I sent it back and reluctantly bought this one, thinking it would be the same one.  It is not!!  THIS is the correct one I wanted with the safety certification and the foam under the inserts.  It states that it is CPSC CERTIFIED, those are the helmets that meet safety standards.  Please be aware of others that do not have safety standards.  Also I've ordered Protec before for my son, the helmets hold up nicely.
