Reebok Crossfit Nano Uform Women's Training Shoe

I usually do crossfit in running shoes, and when I got the Nanos, I felt that the toe box was too wide.But, the more I got used to them, the better they felt. The toe box is wide for lifting (I assume), and does create a more stable base.I haven't run in them yet (darn you winter), but think that they will be fine for running short distances.

this nano 8 was larger then the one i wear now! sad, because i loved the color
