O'Neill Youth Epic 4/3mm Back Zip Full Wetsuit

Fit as advertised. Neck rubbed a bit.Worked well to get my daughter out boogie boarding in cold water.Well used, and a good piece of gear.

Love this wetsuit! 4/3mm for my son who is 4'11 and weighs 92 lbs. Youth 14 is perfect! Winter came fast this year here in Galveston. Temps dropped down to the 40s - 50s, water temp has been 55° which doesn't sound cold, but brrrrr... So the wetsuit came right on time, and works awesome! Going to need some gloves now but man this suit rocks! Nice fit around the neck, sleeves, and ankles... no leakage, just about the right flow and you can hang out in the water all day in this suit! Doesn't fit tight around his shoulders but wouldn't want to go a size down either. Great, great, great first wetsuit for the kid!

Good and stretchy comfortable. We expected it to be longer in the legs and arms. We read the size chart carefully and ordered one to grow into, but will be lucky if he can wear it next season. ...granted, he is one of those super skinny kids. Warm and well made. Looks nice too.

My son is kind of small for a 9 year old - 4'3" and 55 pounds - size 6 fits him perfectly. This suit is much thicker and warmer than his previous suit. He never wanted to get in the water before and now he is the first to jump in. He has gotten so much better at wakeboarding now that he is comfortable in the water. On his second day wearing this suit he landed his first wake to wake jump. I hope it still fits him next summer, if not I will definitely buy the next size up.

This wetsuit works exactly as described. My daughter has sickle cell disease and when she gets cold she gets pain crisis and usually ends up at the hospital. She loves swimming but is usually unable to because she gets cold. This wetsuits fits true to size, she is 9 years old and I ordered a size 8 for her. Fits like a glove and keeps her very warm. When I remove the wetsuit it can feel heat from inside so I know for a fact the she is warm. The only difficulty is getting it on but i just use a small plastic bag over her feet and and hands and it just slides through. I would definitely recommend this product.

Substandard manufacturing. The actual material held up just fine and the fit was good -- thought it was going to be a great wetsuit. However, the stitching at the neckline unraveled 18" upon the first use (and kept unravelling) and once out of the water, a bizarre skunk-like smell was emitting from the suit that was overwhelming. Even after rinsing the stench was so strong we had to keep it outdoors until it was fully dry. Tried wetting briefly and the stench returned. Had to return and went with a BARE wetsuit. Extremely disappointed.

I LOVE THIS WETSUIT! I live in San Diego and it is perfect for the winter here. I bought a size 14 and I am a 5'1", 111lb female. I felt so warm in the water. Would definitely recommend. It also comes with a 1 year warranty.

My 6 year old has taken up bodyboarding in Northern California and this wetsuit is really keeping him warm in the water. He's worn it all summer and it shows very little wear and tear. He's 3'10" and weight 48Lbs, this fits perfect with a little room to grow. I bought the next size up too but it is quite a bit bigger. But I decided to keep it anyway since he will grow into it probably in a year or so.
