Amlactin cream provides a great source of comfort to a person with a callus . All that needs needs to be done is that the cream gets rubbed onto the skin around the callus.

Did nothing almost out of product and still the same. Bought this about 7 months ago.

I’ve been using this lotion almost going on 2 weeks now. I purchased it hearing about its exfoliating/brightening properties. I’ve been using it to treat hyperpigmentation targeting my underarms & bikini line. I can’t speak to its full capacity when it comes to lightening because I’ve also been using it in conjunction with glycolic acid. However the thick & rich moisture that comes with this lotion is unmatched. My bikini line is very sensitive prone to ingrowns this lotions immediately relieves all irritation & the scent is so subtle.

AmLactin Vitamin C Cream (4.9 oz) with 7% lactic acid agrees with my dry, sensitive skin. I’ve been using this cream on my body only, especially on my legs that get so dry that they feel itchy and my arms that get dry and have areas where I have small bumps. I really like the thick and creamy texture of this cream, and that it feels rich but absorbs well and isn’t greasy. I’ve used this cream almost a week, and my skin feels hydrated and comfortable without any irritation. It’s helping with my dry, itchy legs and little bumps on my arms feel smoother. I don’t know the Vitamin C % and haven’t used this cream long enough to notice more even skin tone or significant brightening (which can take many weeks), but those are potential benefits using Vitamin C and AHAs regularly over time. Lactic acid is an AHA that exfoliates dead skin and increases cellular turnover. I always apply sunscreen after AHAs if there’s any chance of sun exposure. Exfoliation improves hydration and helps absorption of Vitamin C. While I’ve read contrary views, good sources say it’s beneficial to mix AHAs with Vitamin C. This cream has more stable Vitamin C (Aminopropyl Ascorbyl Phosphate), and I assume the mix lactic acid/C combo is fine. This has no added fragrance, but the ingredients have a chemical smell that lingers on my skin. I assume it’s from the ammonium lactate (which has ammonia). Because of the ammonia, I personally don’t plan to make this my daily cream. But I like the results so far and will use it periodically enough to treat issues, such as especially dry and itchy, bumpy or scaly skin. Like it. 4 stars. Made in USA.
