Highly recommended, especially for girls that do sports. I have shared this product with so many moms. They wash well and no accidents so far.

I'm 5'4", 100 pounds, and I got the XXL's just to be safe, and they fit perfectly. The only problem is, they do leak sometimes. They're good for small leaks and keep you protected, but bigger leaks, like when your flow is to much for one tampon, or when your period cup isn't inserted completely well, they leak just like how pads do when there's too much blood and it starts kind of soaking up out the sides and through the wings of the pads, which then travels down and stains your underwear. That's how they leak, and I have had to double up on these just to be safe and it's ended up being worth it because the first one would leak, and the second one would be able to catch any mess. But the actual part of the underwear that's supposed to absorb the blood works fine, it's just the fabric on the sides that's not meant to absorb and lock the blood in.
