As this is a splitter not a switch it will play on both at the same time so just remember to turn the screen off you are not using. I bought this as I could not find a switch for 1 in 2 out that actually allowed full graphics display from the the ps5 and multi directionsl ones would also mess with my hdmi arc sound bar.
