Bought this for my son as he really enjoys The Grinch book and movies. Story follows the same outline as the original which makes it familiar, but has a different overall story that is sure to engage someone who hasn't or has read the original. Overall, happy with the book!

It's a cute story for all the Grinch fans out there.

We love the grinch around our house, so this was a must for Christmas. Falls short of the originals magic for an adult, but kids loved it. The Grinch learns a great lesson about losing, kindness, and the holiday. Opens the door to discussions about disappointment at Christmas time, sore losing, kindness to others, and the he like. Written in the rhyming style of Suess, and the illustrations are very reminiscent of the original. Good sequel, and worth a spot on our Christmas book shelf.
