Spot Loves His Mum

A simple Spot book to enjoy and show the relationship of Mum. I would have preferred it it was a lift the flap book, but for the money it was great value. A good Mothers Day or Birthday Gift

Nice book for baby, easy to hold and delivered quickly

I use to read these when I was learning to read, now my children are..

My 18 month year old daughter really likes Spot books, and so I got this as a Mother's Day present from her to my wife. And it's the usual deal with Spot: sturdy pages, colour drawings over two page spreads, some things to lift up, and nice drawings. It doesn't really have a plot though: just a few things Spot does with his mum, like going shopping or baking a cake (which for spot afficianados is a one picture retread of "Spot bakes a cake".) Obviously, you can't really go wrong with this title and my wife likes it. In fact, I like it too, but I kind of find "Spot Stays Overnight" and "Spot Goes to School", for example, are slightly more endearing as there's a sort of plot to follow through, with a slight twist, even. Here, it's just a bunch of scenes, concluding "Spot loves his mum." You can't really complain, and I can't believe that I'm writing a review comparing plot lines of Spot books, but anyway, there we are. Basically, it's fine and pretty much what you expect.

My child really enjoys the spot books

The book was delivered on time. The product was in excellent condition. I bought the daddy version too. Bought it for my 3 month old nephew . He loves this book & so does mummy :)

Libro fondamentale per chi si occupa di infanzia

Diese Serie kann ich jeder empfehlen. Macht richtig spass. Ist Süß und genau richtig für 1 bis 2 Jährigen.

Contrairement aux autres livres de la série, celui-ci ne possède pas d'éléments cachés à révéler, ce qui fait que c'est celui que mes enfants ont le moins envie de lire, ce qui est dommage. Mais ça reste un joli livre cartonné pour les tout-petits.
