Vivo en un espacio muy pequeño, pero por suerte tengo una azotea que comparto y allí puedo hacer mi asado, esta parrilla por su peso la puedo llevar y bajar sin problema, sus materiales son de bastante calidad y se ven que duraran años incluso. También viene con una cubierta para cubrirla que es impermeable y si tienes donde colocarla y dejarla allí siempre, se verá magnífica siempre Viene con una barra multiuso para mover el carbón y también para mover la rejilla sin quemarse, además de una tapa que sirve para que entre más o menos aire al interior. Great grill. I’ve used it three times now and it easily cooks four large rib eyes. The ones in the photo were around 500-600grams each. And I ended up with four eye fillets and the three rib eyes on the grill without a problem. Getting used to fixed height for the grill and the right amount of charcoal takes a few goes. Cooks beautifully and flavour is intense. Highly recommended and friends have now bought one as well.

The need: A solid, if not heavy cast iron bbq that can handle the high-heat of lump charcoal, while big enough for tri-tip roasts, and pork tenderloin roasts for two adult appetites -- with the hope for leftovers. I need a product that accommodates no more/less coals that what a standard charcoal chimney can produce. The product also needs integrated handles, that helps move the product inside a few hours after the coals have died away. Finding such a product at retail in a city of 300,000 people wasn't possible. On Amazon, there are just a few products that nicely fit my needs. The result: The Everdure Cast Iron Grill is perfect, and has performed perfectly for me. As luck would have it, the coals last just long enough to cook big, meaty roasts without needing to add coals. I might suggest when cooking roasts, placing aluminum foil atop the roasts (held down by a heavy, damp kitchen towel to keep from it blowing away) will help maintain the moisture of the meat, while helping maintain consistent temperatures during the cooking process. In summary, I couldn't find anything to be critical of related to this product. For me, it's perfect.
