Greenworks 12" (in.) Surface Cleaner Pressure Washer Attachment

This works perfectly with my 1800 psi Ryobi pressure washer. It removes the dark gray grime on the surface of our 50 year old patio and leaves the terra cotta colored concrete underneath looking bright and new. Using our pressure washer without this attachment (even gently) damages the surface by removing some of the terra cotta coloring. This Greenworks attachment preserves the color, is gentle and super effective. It's easy to use and has our patio looking great! On one super smooth and almost shiny area of the concrete, it couldn't do much, but on the normal, rougher surface it worked very well.

Works well and is very easy to use. Floats on a water cushion while in use.

Similar to other reviews here, the unit I received failed within seconds of applying water pressure. Initially, one of the two black nozzles came completely off. I noted the metal 'U pin' that holds it in place came loose allowing the failure. After replacing the pin and trying a second time, the metal spray nozzle inside of the larger platic nozzle was thrown out. Similarly, the metal nozzle is also held in by the same type of 'U pin'. Unfortunately, in the second case I could not locate the U pin again and the planned pressure washing of my driveway for the evening was over. In addition, I noted when one of the two failures occured it resulted in cracking one of the plastic support beams inside the housing. My background is electronic design, but even I can see the mechanical 'U pin design chosen is insufficient. The designer should have used a mechanism that locked itself once inserted. Frankly, a piece of safety wire or a twisted paperclip, snipped after assembly would work much better. Also, from examining the plastic where the U pin inserts, one can see part of the black plastic has cracked away. Bottom line, if the manufacturer had tested just a small sample of units off the line I can't believe they would not have encountered the same problem? Or they chose not to fix the problem. For either case, shame on the designer and/or manufacturer for ignoring basic design, test, and development iteration practice. My initial gut feel was to go with one the more expensive stainless steel models, but the price, relatively high customer satisfaction level, and 'Amazon Choices sucked me in. Frankly, find the later two very confusing given my experience.

I recently purchased the 12-inch surface cleaner attachment for my electric pressure washer, and it has completely transformed my cleaning routine. great in concept and price but functionality seems to be lacking. The water pressure is good sometimes for cleaning the sidewalk or patio but doesn't always clean evenly. I usually need to go back over the same area with the regular power washing sprayer.

What a time-saver, this thing really works! Connect directly and easily to your pressure washer's wand and go to work ... but to a lot less work than if you didn't have it. I figured it would be okay, but this has exceeded my expectations. Loaned my first one to a neighbor, who back over it with his car. Before destroying it, though, he'd had a chance to see how well it works, so I ordered two - one for him and one to replace the one he killed.

Really does it's job! Easy to use, absolutely satisfied

The 12 inch surface cleaner is well made and works good with my 2300psi Greenworks pressure washer. Pros: It saves you lots of time and water instead of just using the wand. Easy to use. Cons: (only 1).. It wouldn't clean the really old dark algae on the concrete completely, I had to touch up with the wand. But for regular maintenance it is a no brainer. you should have this if you have a 2300psi washer

This attachment to my 2100 psi power washer helped quickly clean mold and dirt off concrete. Much faster than just using the wand although for tough spots the direct turbo spray was required. Next to clean my concrete pool deck after a winter of build up.

Works well. I gave it 4 stars because after using this on my deck, I still had to go back with my pressure washer and wash or clean certain areas. Overall saved me lots of time with an underpowered electric pressure washer.
