For those who care about their liver, this is the best. Better than milk thistle imho. I simply take a teaspoon in a cup of boiling water. Allow to cool, stir and then enjoy. Remember that not all herbs taste great but so helpful. ALL of Christopher’s formulas do exactly what they are intended to.
