We finally bought one of these and my wife commented that she wishes we had gotten one sooner. Works great. We fill it with distilled water. Easy to use. Two levels of steam output.

In the past I’ve been disappointed by steamers but this one hands down is the best one I’ve ever used! I can steam 1-3 heavily wrinkled pieces of clothing before needing to refill. The water holder is easy to use and I love how it just pops in and pops out when you actively push it. It also works as an iron too and I’m not afraid of getting water stains or drips on my clothes when using it. I make direct contact with the clothes as opposed to other steamers you just hover over them. The button is pretty intuitive though sometimes I struggle with turning it off but that’s mainly due to user error and forgetting what it says in instructions. Mine came with a steam plate, funnel, and mitten and I appreciate the mitten because it really helps prevent burning yourself. Wrinkles absolutely disappear and I won’t be using any other steamer than this one!!! Most recently, we used it to get wrinkles out of stiff material couch and chair covers and it did not disappoint. My hope is that someday they make this cordless!!!

Easy to use and works well to travel with. It heats up quickly and gets the job done!

This clothes steamer is pretty darn good for anyone tired of ironing when traveling. Its sleek design and powerful steam capabilities quickly smooth out wrinkles on all types of fabric. It’s lightweight design make it very easy to take it on the go and the long cord allows for easy maneuverability, making it very convenient to use. I wanted it to feel a bit heavier, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me at all.

Best purchase! Does very well steaming items but love the iron capabilities. Perfect size for travel! Extremely easy to use. Highly recommend!

I really loved this item. I was able to use it one any clothing item, even on my best friend's wedding dress! The issue is, after about 20 uses, it stopped getting hot. The water leaks out so I know the system works, but I'm not sure why it stopped heating up. I wish I could talk directly to someone to see if I can fix it instead of throwing it out but I can't get into contact with anyone from the manufacturers.

Works great but it is too heavy for me to hold for for long periods of time. I am keeping it because I love how well it works held in any position. I just wish it could be made lighter

Works well, my only issue is that it consumes water very quickly.

Love this steamer. Works great and is easy to use, steamed my curtains which took me about 30 minutes, very impressed. Also the steamer looks very nice and feels ergonomic in my hand.

It works great on every fabric I've needed to press & is quick to smooth out wrinkles. I use it at home and when travelling. The only small criticism I might have is how small the reservoir is, although it really is minor When travelling I just bring a small, spouted plastic pour to fill it with when necessary.

I found this product did not work.
