Good packaging
Edit: So I’ve had it for a bit now and overall love it. It runs every game I’ve thrown at it and is silent. I personally would recommend it to whoever is looking for a PC and if you get a nice monitor to go with it, it makes it seem so much better. The assembly for it was quick easy and simple too. So this is my first gaming pc, for the reasonable price and the quality I feel like it’s definitely worth getting if you need something affordable. The product itself is beautiful and really good quality. Even came with a nice keyboard and mouse, which I didn’t know about so it was a nice surprise. I think I was just more focused on the PC itself. Everything seems like it’s working out good just waiting on my new monitor to come in to switch everything over.

Dead on arrival
Was excited for it to come in and it seemingly looked well packaged. After setting it up GPU was not working. Contacted cooler master and they shifted the blame on Amazons shipping and handling and said they can attempt an repair with the card manufacturer. Wasn’t going to take the risk of it taking longer than the return window. Oh well processed a refund. I’ve been watching the reviews on this thing slowly go down and also it seems some reviews started disappearing. Seems fishy.

Light or Motherboard problem
My Fan lights are blinking white. They normally change randomly and not able to get help for the problem. I've had the computer 11 months.

Simply perfect
This pre-built gaming PC from cooler master is absolutely flawless. It was shipped and recieved within 3 days of ordering in perfect condition. I priced the parts out myself and maybe spent 100 dollars more not building it myself. Don't have to worry about RMA parts or downloading drivers or having to do a fresh install. This PC came bloatware free and with a few windows 11 adjustments like increasing font size it's just perfect. The RGB color schemes are controlled by your reset switch which I enjoy because I don't need additional software. I've never used the reset switch in a modern PC anyways. The load up times are incredible. Incredibly quiet and cool too for a fan cpu (212 cooler). If you're doing 1080p gaming stick with an rtx 3060 as it has 12GB or VRAM. If you're doing 1440p gaming get the rtx 3070 but be warned it has only 8GB of VRAM for almost double the price. The only minor setback I had was there's no digital audio/spdif port installed on the motherboard. In my case I had to buy a monster digital/stereo converter from Walmart for 30 bucks. I highly recommend and is guaranteed to impress your friends and family. If you have questions I'd be happy to answer anything. Great product!

GPU is not working
I do not recommend purchasing that garbage. the GPU is not working at all!

Issues after one or two hours.
GPU was DOA. I tried calling Cooler Master 16 times, but I never managed to speak with a live representative. It was the Friday before a holiday weekend, so maybe that had something to do with it. I've personally built my last five PCs, and a few for friends and family, so I understand that these things happen, but it would have been nice to get in touch with someone before giving up and processing a return through Amazon.
