Fresh Red Bird's Eye Chilli | Chillies 1 Kg | Red Chilli | Bird Eye Chilli

I had read other reviews and was expecting to filter through the chillies to pick out bad ones as it was mentioned they arrived bruised and some old. However, my 1kg bag was full of bright red plump Thai chillies, all fresh. Very good heat and flavour.

My Chilli arrived yesterday, wasnt fresh at all very bad to sent Chilli not even fresh! Im not happy paid a lot of money for it.

Found only one in a kilogram that showed any signs of bruising, I like hot food and these are seriously hot. Whatever you do wear gloves if processing a lot at a time. Made sweet chilli sauce using 80, dried three trays in the oven and froze 5 bags full. Be carful when using as as I said they are very hot so don't touch your eyes or your old man when handling.

What a pleasant surprise! These chillies were so fresh that they still had a hint of morning dew on them. This is an excellent product made into a special chilli sauce. I would definitely recommend their purchase to anyone who loves chillies.

This product was a complete waste of money and smelt of mould and at least half had started to rot and go mushy
