The lip balm is not labeled with sp15.

What's the full ingredients in the lip balms? Do they actually have spf?

There are no spf ingredients, although it is advertised. They work great for moisturizing, but I needed SPF for Special Olympics athletes during 3-day outdoor track and field state games. Ingredients listed in order are: coconut oil, beeswax, olive oil, vitamin E, flavor, Shea butter. - Terri
