The product was packed in a roll hence the foam squeezed to minimum making the shape of the pillow like a flat sheet, unlike the last time when I bought the same item that came in a box with beautiful condition.

No proper shape, avoid it
A bad product with no proper shape or neck support. Should not be used at all. The poor shape and softness can further enhance the pain in neck.
