Disappointmently soft to support neck or head weight
One need to put another pillow under it to sleep comfortably 1.The product is not as shown in images because the back side of pillow is flat not contour as images. 2.the memory foam is too much soft to uplift your head and support the weight of head or neck 3 the shoulder cavity to rest the shoulder under pillow is useless because of pillow shortness. Because if you turn to side and put the shoulder under cavity and put your head on top of it ,the head weight force pillow to shrunk and the weight will be put on shoulder not on pillow Overall disappointment
