These headphones do not block sound of the outside, and you can also hearing them at very low volume settings.2. If using on PC, beware that it uses it own sound device, so every time you plug it in, it sets itself as default sound device and turns the volume to 100%, which means switching to head phones and your sound system is manual work. Please note if USB cable falls out, because you tripped over it, or it falls out, your sound system will be set as default and be playing at 100% volume. IT WILL WAKE UP EVERYONE!3. Sound quality is nothing to talk about, I am using a X99 Deluxe 2 motherboard with its on built sound card, with DFX equalizer. My sound is going through basic SONY CINEMA 5.1 sound system I got for £50.00 so it's not like i am comparing it to high sound systems.BUT MY GOD, NO BASS! HEADPHONES SOUNDS LEAK OUT AT LOW VOLUME, I SWEAR THE RIGHT SIDE WAS LOUDER, not centered properly, POOR OVERALL SOUND QUALITY.In the 2017, £30.00 should not be this bad, focus on less lights and gimmicks, and focus on sound...I would only recommend this product at £15 to £20.00 area, but on budget headphones list I would still place it 15th place. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good *by A***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 September 2017* I had a Turtle Beach X12 headset previous, of which bass unfortunately stopped working after quite a while of use.The headset as a whole is good, however there is a few things its lacking. Firstly, there is no mic playback, so you can barely hear yourself speak when you're talking, whereas with the Turtle Beach, I could, which made life a lot easier. Also, there is no bass boost, which was a nice feature of the Turtle Beaches. They are definitely external sound deadening as I can barely hear anything in the room when they're on.
