Review: Almost perfect for me - I been searching for years for feather/down pillows to replace ones that I purchased over 25 years ago. I finally found two that work together to match or better my old ones. I purchased a set of APSMILE feather/down pillows at the same time I purchased this set. I was hoping one of them would work for me. To my surprise both are keepers. The APSMILE brand is a little more firm than the Luzern brand, but both brands meet my requirements. I slept well using either, but using one of each at the same time gave me the best support and sleep I had in a long time. My wife also like the Luzern and borrowed (stole) my spare one. I'm thinking of buying a few more to have in reserve in-case something happens to the ones I'm using.

At first the casing made a crunch noise but I took that as it being new. Overtime the noise went away. For the price you absolutely can't go wrong. Only problem is I wanted to contact the company to see if I can wash them. After being sick and getting real bad night sweats I would prefer cleaning my pillows.

Pillows came vacuum packed but fluffed up quickly. Overall, I think they are quite comfortable compared to my other (non-feather) pillows. I do find the shell to be less than ideal due to thickness and perhaps a plastic like layer, though maybe it's necessary to keep the feathers from poking out. Similar to many pillows I have had at nice 3-4 star hotels.
