I received an ad on my Facebook feed for a similar stretcher, but it was more than I wanted to spend, so off to Amazon I went... After a quick search I found this much more affordable option and I'm so glad I purchased it! My flexibility is improving already, as this makes it easier to get a good stretch especially for someone just starting out and rather inflexible. Good quality, feels very sturdy!

Well made item with useful hand loops to hold the stretch easier. I've been using to stretch out my hammies and calves and it has worked well. Especially nice being able to do it while lying down in bed.

I use this every morning to give my hamstrings, calves and lower back a stretch to ease pain from being on my feet most of the day. Look for videos online on how to use it, for what issue you have too see if it will help with your situation…it does for mine!
