Unfortunately, Napoleon does not sell the bowls separately at this time.

What are the dimensions of this item?

A little bigger than I imagined when I ordered it, and it would have been handy to know in advance. It is 460mm long, 330mm wide and 55mm high.

What does the underside look like? Is it bamboo? If not, what is it made of? Can it be used as a food-safe cutting surface also?

The entire cutting board is made of bamboo with two channels on the underside for the bowls to fit in. The bottom of the cutting board is not one flat surface. We do not recommend using the underside as a cutting surface.

Do the bowls slide in completely out of sight?

Yes! They can slide in to hide them.
