The replacement cutter was easy to install in my HP DesignJet printer and functioned well when installed. Kit included a small screwdriver but I did need a different head to remove and replace the head and accessories.Overall a good kit that allowed me to fix and return my printer to service.

The ease of replacing the cutter in the HP T120 is amazing. In less than a couple of minutes, the job was complete. So easy, I thought I missed a step.

Simple install, works like it should. No problems

Considering it came with a special screwdriver, I was nervous this would be a challenge. It took about 30 seconds with no tools required. My plotter would finish a page, then try to cut, but the old cutter would grab the page and shred it, then jamb. The new cartridge has it cutting like butter again.
