I ordered 250amh battery along with UPS. UPS is showing overload and not working from day 1 of installation. I have raised query and its been 20 days and no response yet. Pathetic service by Luminous.

The media could not be loaded. Good battery backup packaging is also good easy to install delivery earlier mentioned dated in Amazon.So overall Everything is good I like it.

The battery is from October 2024Inverter is from August 21 mot acceptable

The combination is apt for a 3BHK apartment. Covers all the bulbs, tube lights, fans, laptop, monitor, TV and cooler. Power cuts in my area is occasional so the battery capacity more than compensates. Easy to connect the inverter with the battery. The battery is very heavy. Take help to put it on the trolley box.The only demerit is the trolley box. Very light plastic, I am not sure how long will it be able to hold the 65 KG battery. If you can, ditch this trolley and buy a stronger one.

The inverter alongwith the battery and stand is really an excellent package worth buying.
