What I can say about this eyeliner, it says for old people I am not old at least not yet but to be honest, this is the best eyeliner that I ever tried and I think it’s gonna be one of my favorites as it is. I’m thinking about giving one to all my sisters. I recommended not 100% but 110 that you will be satisfied just like me
