Helps!
This is perfect for my neck. I’m a back sleeper and have neck issues. This pillow helps keep my head straight through the night. Tied back in X so they don’t move.

Lifesaver for cosmetic procedures
These little cushions work extremely well in preventing you from rolling over in your sleep. Because one is able to space them apart as wide as needed they are not uncomfortable or suffocating. The pillows are soft but supportive and very handy to tuck an ice pack if needed. Highly recommended if you need to sleep comfortably on your back.

YMMV but I love these!
I was on the verge of buying one of those ridiculously overpriced "beauty" pillows when I saw these terribly cheap-looking (but not actually cheap) tie-on bumper pillows. I'm so glad i took a chance on them!!! I don't even care how dumb they look!!! I am VERY particular about my pillow (I HATE thick pillows!), so I don't think i would've been very happy with the overpriced one anyways. I really love how these are so adjustable and versatile! You can tie them to whatever pillow you want, at whatever width apart you want. I trained myself to sleep on my back a long time ago (way back in my early teens) but every once in awhile i find myself tossing and turning, or worse waking up on my face with a sore neck. Anyways, I tied these to a memory foam pillow that I bought a long time ago and never used until now (i always found it a little too thick and thus uncomfortable). I find it REALLY comfortable to sleep with my head between them. The only downside to these bumper pillows is that they look incredibly goofy and I don't find them very washable (it's REALLY hard to get those velvet covers back over the little pillows once you take them off). Nothing can be done about how weird they look, but I solved the whole washing issue by putting an (extra large) pillowcase over them and my pillow. This does make it harder to adjust them, but i just deal. This also takes care of the heat issue that you can get with velvet fabric. If these ever fall apart, I will probably repurchase. That's how much i like them. Also, I only realized after I bought these why i was having so much trouble sleeping. I needed to flip and rotate my mattress! I highly rec at least rotating your mattress if you're having trouble sleeping on your back.

Did not serve its purpose
If you dont tie the pillows on very tight they do not stay where they are and dont do the job. If you tie them tightly they warp your pillow shape causing discomfort. Ive tried on multiple pillows and no luck. Tried the eyemask and the material is fine but it lets in so much light whats the point. Save your money and get something else this product aint it.

Good quality but did nothing.
The quality seems ok but they are not for me. I use a soft pillow and these, while meant to be stabilizing, are soft and light and not really wedge shaped. They do not stay in place (after all, how could they, they're super light). Sounds like many others have had luck, but I found they just got in the way and were not effective. I returned them

Perfect for vanity sake :)
I bought this after my mini-facelift and it helps to keep me from rolling over. 2 months later I still use and I wake up without neck pain. I've also had fillers done (I know, it sounds vain but whatever) and it keeps my face stable so I don't lay on one side while the filler is still settling the first 24 hours.

Try a complete pillow solution instead
Not impressed. Flimsy little pillow that never fully expanded to look like the picture (even after 3 days and trying to "fluff" them). The way you tie it to the pillow is not very secure and they move super easily through the night. I was hoping for more.

back sleeping 101
i get cervicogenic headaches from curling into a ball at night - i essentially sleep chin to chest. i started using these so i could sleep on my back and not allow to much side movement to keep my spine in line. when i just use a pillow there isnt enough support on the sides of my head to keep my head from turning. i used to have to sleep with my head between two pillows (one on my left and one on my right with my head in the crack). these are perfect if you have trouble sleeping on your back due to neck issues. im also only 30 so dont think this is an old person thing. this is a my neck friggin hurts thing. its like sleeping with your hands curled for people with carpal tunnel. if youre like me this will help!! added plus is the coolness of them (

Pretty comfortable. I like to rest my head on something to keep it facing up when I sleep on my back. Helps to minimise stomach sleeping. I just have one on so I can sleep on my side

I had cornea transplant surgery and had to stay on my back for 3 days. These worked excellent for keeping me head straight and prevented me from rolling in my sleep. You need to use them with a good pillow and tie them well enough so they can't move. They worked perfectly for me!

Excellent for positioning neck/ head

I had high hopes for these pillows after reading all the reviews. However, only one pillow expanded. The second pillow never fully expanded, it is still squashed. The actual pillows are not as full as shown in the advertisement. I could buy cotton stuffing to add it but that defeats the purpose of a ready made product.

Returned, only received one pillow; missing the second pillow and eye mask
