I suffer from awful headaches, and this works perfectly! I pop it on in the morning, and it works well to help cool down the nerves causing me pain. It stays cold for a reasonable amount of time and provides good relief while the meds go to work.

I like this pad although I have only used it once. It fits fine but putting into my refrigerator freezer made it too cold! The cold hurt anywhere my facial skin touched.. I am going to try to let it warm a bit next time or put a light-we/ight cap or towel on my head first. The plastic storage bag to be used in the freezer is too small for the cap and is poor quality. I could not get it to "zip lock". Thank goodness for Hefty slider bags!

This is awesome! Helps from my headaches to when Im hungover. The top looks like if it was lined but its not. It just is in the front to the back of your head. It fits snug but not too tight. The only thing is, I had to cut a small circle on the top because it felt wierd with my pony tail on top inside. I know your not supposed to put it it the freezer but it helps keep it cold longer. If you dont want your ears getting too cold then I just put a small napkin and it helps.

Love this. As someone who struggles with bad migraines this is a lifesaver gets super cold even at 30 degrees fahrenheit. Just wish it stayed colder longer. Will stay extra cold for 20/30 minutes depending on external temperature.

I have migraines and neck pain. I love these so much. They don't hurt my nose and they mold easily to my head shape. I find them very helpful. I love that you and freeze, refrigerate, or microwave. I keep them in the fridge.

My wife suffers from chronic migraines, some have lasted days! She will take this out of the freezer and let it sit for a little, then puts it on for as long as she can stand the cold, it helps a lot! Great find!
