Love, love, love it!! (with a few tweaks)
I give a 5++ for the drying rack, 0 for the installation hardware and instructions (the wrong instructions were included, it had the instructions for the more basic model) I absolutely love this!! But after reading several reviews, I tweaked it a little bit. (Attaching photos- they will probably make more sense than my explanation.) Here’s what I would recommend (I’m not a construction person, so take it or leave it): 1. Don’t waste your time with the anchors / screws they include, either get some good (longer) wood screws, and make sure you’re drilling into studs, or get some heavy duty anchors. 2. Several people complained about it leaning downward when extended, causing clothing to slide, so I put a couple of washers behind the plate for the 2 lower screws (slightly ugly, but also easy to hide). The plate (after tweaking) is actually angled slightly outward at the bottom which lifts the arm just enough so that it’s level when extended (but not level when closed / folded). 3. If you’re OCD (like myself) spend the extra $10-$15 and get the upgraded one that folds up vertically. I have purchased both, (the upgraded version wasn’t available at the time) and the upgraded one is definitely more aesthetically pleasing. 4. The hooks slide around really easily (too easily), which is kind of annoying. Haven’t thought about how to fix that. But it’s much less frustrating if it’s level, based on people’s reviews. 5. Because it contained the wrong instructions, I wasn’t sure about a few things. There’s a little lever, (I’ve included a photo), which unlocks it to move horizontally. I thought there was maybe a lock to move it vertically, but it turns out it was just stuck. Once I used a little more force, there was no problem moving it vertically. Overall, it’s a great clothing rack. It’s heavy duty and there was no issue when I put wet clothing on all of the hooks- it didn’t sag at all, and no concern for it bending or breaking. It’s a great size when extended, and folds up nicely. It is well hidden when not in use. It was fairly easy to install, it took me about 40 minutes to install two of them, and a good portion of the time was spent rummaging around trying to find the correct size washers, better screws, and stronger anchors. That’s all, good luck!

Useful in small spaces, seems sturdy
This drying rack is a great option for small spaces. I hang a lot of my clothes to dry and wanted a rack that wouldn’t be in the way while not using it. The three fold out bars makes it very versatile in whatever space you have. We used screws to put it into the sheetrock with one side of the screws being into a stud. It seems sturdy, even when using all the hooks. Not sure how gluing it into a different wall type would work, and whether the glue would hold if all the hooks are used. I didn’t give it five stars because the installation instructions weren’t the easiest to use and we weren’t sure what to do with the bar that fits at the bottom of the rack.

Perfect solution for limited space
Perfect for my laundry closet redo with limited space. Wanted to be able to hang clothes coming out of the dryer but still be able to access cabinets. Perfect solution. Plan accordingly - only one side will fit into a stud. Use quality drywall anchors for other side.

Great Concept/On the Heavy Side
While most of the millwork on the clothing hanger is well done, the drilling of the screw holes for the horizontal stability bar is way off and does not align on the bar and the backplate. Very poor. The weight of this thing is also formidable unless you are sure you can mount it through studs in the wall. I anticipated this issue. Instructions are incomplete for the upgraded model, too. The upward joint on mine is very stiff, so swiveling this whole deal up and out of the way is gonna be a chore that will require carefully placing pressure on the backplate while swiveling up to avoid tearing the backplate out of any wall anchors if that's all you can use. I wouldn't even try to mount this with adhesive--too heavy.

Perfect.
So perfect to hang dry my clothes. Very sturdy. Easy to hang. Didn’t mess with the glue. Used the screws. The hooks rotate so hangers can go any way. Good to hang while steaming. Fold up against the wall while not in use. It’s great. And makes a very satisfying click

Not as functional as it appears
This rack looks attractive and seems functional—until you actually hang clothes on it. Once extended, the support arm doesn’t stay straight. It sags under weight, causing clothes to slide toward the ends of each section and bunch up. It holds clothes more effectively when set in a zigzag configuration rather than extended straight—but that isn’t the configuration I needed.

Horrible
Great for hanging tee shirts but absolutely not great for hanging anything of weight such as jeans. Broke completely out of my wall (screwed into studs) and ripped my Sheetrock when it broke! Absolutely do not recommend !

Very sturdy
Looks good. I installed it right onto the frame. Not going anywhere. Looks nice and very useful

Great for small spaces, is very adjustable and folds out of the way when not in use
We have fairly limited space in our laundry room and this looked like it would do the trick. And it certainly does. Lots of adjustments, robust enough to hold clothes for drying, easy to install... I'd recommend it.

Deceptive Description
Overpriced at $59. They are functional but they certainly won't hold "150 lb man" as they boast in the description. They won't even stay straight under their own weight—meaning the hooks all slide down with gravity, bunching together. I gave it 3 star because I kept it and use it, but keeping an eye out for a replacement

Perfect for smaller laundry rooms
Perfect for small laundry rooms. Folds up nicely against the wall and can hold a full rack of clothes to dry with no problem.

Awesome
Love this product. Have bought 3 for home and camper. Just wondering if I can buy a separate bracket for this.
