Good product but I preferred the previous version which was double strength in one tablet and contained Vit C. Now I have to take 2 tablets plus buy and take Vit C.

This product works great for my husband helps keep the spots away that you would have by bumping your arms in older years.

Rutin is also called at the time, the Permeability Vitamin. This low dose works for me. If you take too much you tend to get leg cramps. I take it once a day several days a week. My wife does likewise. Sometimes you can eat something that has too much salt in it. I avoid that.
