Hi sense dishwasher washer excellent
I like the Hi Sense Dish Washer very much , it has many features for washing ,has half a load button . Dishes come out wonderfully clean. My only problem was with Amazon who I ordered it with ,as I ordered my old dishwasher to be dismantled and taken away and the New one to be connected . When the men came they would only deliver it and put it in my kitchen so for weeks I had to walk round it ,as I don't have a big kitchen it was awkward . Rang Amazon twice and both times they would get it sorted ,but nothing happened . So in the end I had to pay someone else to connect it .Then had to pay someone else to take the old one away . Amazon should not advertise the order to be disconnected and taken away and the new one to be connected . I am very upset with Amazon .

Faulty on arrival, poor build quality!
The dishwasher was faulty straight out of the box. The plastic door latch was broken before first use, meaning the machine would not recognise the door as closed and would not start any program. This is a critical part that should not fail during normal installation. Returned for a refund. Very disappointing build quality, I’d recommend choosing a different brand.

Good low-cost dishwasher
My old dishwasher gave up the ghost and departed to the scrap heap in the sky. After a bit of research we settled on this dishwasher, it cleans really well and has a number of useful programmes. Considering this is a lower cost dishwasher it's a pretty good machine with a decent build quality. The LED display is easy to read and the controls are fairly straight forward. As with pretty much every dishwasher I found it was quite easy to install and fits in a standard kitchen undertop "gap". I think the value for money is excellent with this unit and it's a lot quieter than my old one. However, as you would expect there are a few minor issues that come with lower cost. The advert did state an LED light inside, but this model doesn't have one. Maybe it's me but I really can't see the need for one anyway. The upper racks can be a little temperamental. The side areas have little shelves, like the ones that hold smaller cups or glasses in place. However, they don't tend to stay in place so I don't bother using them. The course filter is a little small, make sure you give it a good clean to avoid it blocking otherwise it could cause an error during the cycle. Cleaning is super easy so it shouldn't be a problem. It has a hot water feed which is great, unless like us you have a combi boiler. It is more efficient to use the cold feed and let the dishwasher heat it up, otherwise it's dragging a huge amount of water through before it heats up. Despite those small issues, this is a decent dishwasher that is certainly worth the money. It will clean all your washing up in a quiet efficient manner and let out a burst of beeps at the end to tell you it's finished.

Works great
Works great. Nice and quiet. If you get a fault code when you try it for the first time, it’s quite likely that one of the pipes are kinked at the back. Couldn’t live without one now! Like others have said, sometimes the water can pool on some items which prevents them from drying. And if you don’t open the door straight after the program to let the steam out, everything’s still wet when you come to remove them. But beats the hell out of hand washing and a drying rack sorts the rest out

3 months in and no regrets
Works great. Stuff comes out clean and timer function saves me a packet by starting at 1AM for 1/3 price electricity. Well impressed, good value, no problems.

Cleans brilliantly
Replaced a worn out Beko and it does an absolutely brilliant job on whatever you put in. It cleans everything we put in with ease.

It washes dishes.....
Initially was happy with the price for the brand as thought Hisense was high end. The amount of packaging was excessive. The plumbing is to the right of the machine where our old one was to the left so we had to buy additional pipework to be able to plumb it in. Its very quiet and switched off when the cycle finishes so we often forget it needs to be emptied. The door catches to one side so we have to be careful when closing the door. The racking inside is different to our previous machine and we have found that we have to be careful where we place certain items as its a bit tight and we have ended up with a couple of chipped cups (both chipped in the same place and one chipped as it was lifted out so we know the dishwasher is responsible) the dry function doesnt really make any difference and things still come out dripping. There is no angle on the racks in the top of the machine so excessive water pools on top of items placed there. At the end of the day it was a reasonable price and it washes the dishes so we will persevere with it.
