Not as good as they used to be
I've been using Mach 3 for 25 years, but recently their quality has decreased noticeably. Until a couple of years ago the blades had a thin blue strip at the front. In this order and other recent orders the blue strip has become green. It seems Gillette are also selling blades with a thick blue strip at the moment. A couple of weeks ago I found an old pack of blades with the thin blue strip, so was able to compare with the newer green strip blades. The difference is enormous. The old blades still give a close and easy shave after 2 weeks. The newer green strip blades degrade to a rough and more difficult shave after a day or two. There's no way I'd have used Mach 3 for 25 years if they were as bad as the current blades. I should point out that none of this is the seller's fault. A quick look at Gillette's website shows photos with a mixture of the 3 types of blades. So these are likely to be genuine Gillette blades. I suspect they're trying to move old customers off Mach 3 onto a newer model.

There is no doubt Gillette makes the best blades…… tried an inferior brand and regretted buying 28 of them!!! Don’t be fooled by cheap alternatives!
