Bad quality & hard to put together
Cheap unfinished wood, screw holes that don’t line up, odd amounts of screws and poorly labeled instructions. Doesn’t feel very sturdy but at least it looks good. Time will tell how this holds up to my maniac cats.

It's okay
It was everything I needed but quite expensive for what it is. It was fine for temporary use. I'd recommend for kittens. My 3 cats range from 5-20lbs. I had to house them in here for a short term renting situation. The roommate didn't want an eyesore in the living room so this was the biggest option that was aesthetically pleasing. If you don't care about aesthetics, there's so many better and much cheaper options. There weren't any latches/locks so I got stick on childproof latches (seen in some pictures). The protective acrylic film is difficult to remove. It stretches and rips unevenly so it's difficult around the corners then you have to carefully twist and pull the film from each corner. It's sturdy, my 20lb and 14lb cat cuddled regularly on the top shelf. All 3 would sometimes be up there. The cats had a difficult time maneuvering around eachother throughout the enclosure since it's so small. I felt bad looking at them in there for months but it was better than rehoming them. My big cat didn't always like the small space for the litter box so he peed on the floor and it seeped out and also into the wood. Once the wood is soiled, that smell/stain isn't coming out. So if you have messy kitties, I'd get a protective cover for the wood floor. I replaced the bottom wood and sold this for a quarter of the price online and the new owners love it. This would be amazing for ferrets or chinchillas if you customize it a little with protective/washable flooring. But if they chew, big nope. They'll escape in no time lol. It's just so small of a space. That's my biggest gripe. But it was the largest on the market. I was also disappointed that the latches pictured by the seller didn't come with the enclosure. Two men assembled it for me and it took them about an hour. Disassembly took 30 minutes.

Well thought out design
I will start by saying that I am not one that has difficulty putting things together so I didn't have trouble with this. I feel it was designed well and the instructions were clear. Some things to know: 1. It came in 2 boxes. 2. It does help to have a second person. 3. Gather all your tools first. The door might need some special equipment. 4. Make sure things are square as you go so the door fits as it should. 5. Masking tape may be helpful. I was able to put everything together myself over two days and about 3.5 hours. I took my time and had to think through some things as I went. I needed to tape screws and find a way to keep them from turning when I started putting the shelves inside. This is also wood on a frame so you have to be careful not to put too much weight on the bottom as you are tightening things up. I think the hardest part was the door. It is tight getting the screws in. I think I had to predrill holes to attach the second panel. Otherwise they just separated as you tried to tighten things down. My door also only latches on the bottom. The top corner is not flush so it doesn't connect with the magnet. I worry that a larger cat or playing kittens could pop it open so I am looking at putting a hook and eye lock on it. I was going to do a slide lock but there isn't enough flat surface area at attach both sides. Now that I have kittens in it I have discovered that they can easily go under. With the door open, quick little guys can easily make a run for it. I think I will be adding a 4 to 6 inch wood strip across the opening to slow them down a bit. I also wish I had a rubber mat for the base or had sealed the wood better. There is enough space for a small litter box, feeding area and sleeping area with small animals. As they get bigger and can better use the other spaces, I think it will be more functional. I don't think you could use this for more than two adult cats. The shelves are narrow and the sleeping box is big enough for 1 large cat. Overall I think this is the best enclosure that I have seen. It is a good size and the biggest surprise was that it came in 2 boxes. The materials are pretty good and it was surprisingly easy to put together considering how many parts there are. I would recommend this product to others.

Great product
Love this! It would have gotten 5 stars but it was hard to assemble by myself. Would definitely recommend as a two person job. The quality is very good, and the instruction are easy to understand and follow. Cleanup after finishing was easy too. It is somewhat sturdy but not to heavy. Definitely recommend for your furball (my little furball loves hers.

Poor construction
There are multiple gaps everywhere, the acrylic came broken, there was a broken piece of wood from a hole that was intentionally put in. The base was installed the inside out, and there was no way of correcting it. There are also plenty of warped planks of wood. Over all the construction is shotty at best. It's possible this is a one off experience but I'm not impressed.

Sturdy build.
Orders this for one of my cats, he likes the multi levels and the little sleepy cubby hole.

Bad quality in hardware and bowed wood
We got this enclosure for our cat and noticed immediately the walls are little more than 1/8” plywood with 3/4” x 3/4” “skeleton” framing holding it together. All the clasps and hinges seem to come from the cheapest supplier with the least quality. One would expect the quality and how simple it is to put together would be high compared to the price. This is far from the $350+ price tag in both. This is at best worth $150. It feels cheap, small, and low quality. We had to drill new holes so the shelves would actually work.
