This is my first review ever for an item that I’ve purchased on Amazon. I felt compelled to write one because I suffer from fibromyalgia & the pain in my back is very intense & this heating pad/vibrating massager is so amazing. I give it a 10/10 the heat is soothing, the vibration is strong & amazing & the tightness from the straps even feel great like your wrapped up tight. It’s also get that it can be placed on different parts & different angles on your body. This is by far the best purchase that I’ve made. The only thing that I would change is that it’s not battery operated but as much as I use it it’s probably a good thing that it has to be plugged in. I use a long extension cord if I need to walk around with it on & it gets the job done.

It has a vibrator timer feature that can be a little buggy. It's supposed to run for about half an hour and then shut off to prevent overheating. However, it will frequently shut off after running for only a few seconds, even when it hasn't been running. It will do this on the first run of the day, after sitting overnight. It was very annoying until I found that unplugging it from power seems to reset it. Afterward, it will work like it's supposed to for a while.

Just the right amount of heat and pulsating vibration on a sore back. I found that the intensity of vibration was greater while using one of the preprogrammed vibration settings. The power cord is long enough that you can comfortably sit in a chair some distance from the power plug. The extension for those of us that support a rotund midsection is a must. The "belt" is soft, wide and comfortable.

Opened box plugged in back massarger and a very loud noise comeout of one side Of maasarger but real !oud and heater was not hot or not working I ordered on Nov.24 and received it Nov 28 and tried it on Dec 30th and Heard noise as i plugged it in

The review below is when the heating pad was delivered, after the review was published I was contacted by the company and offered an immediate refund. That is why it now has 3 stars. For myself and my sciatica I need it to be very hot. When my sciatica flares up I get it from the hip to ankle, it's very painful and the only thing that works for me is very hot. Cold makes it hurt even more. Could be this just wasn't for me but may be perfect for you. The massage feature does seem like a nice idea. **The belt doesn't even get warm. I had it on its highest setting and it didn't even get warm.

I love this back massager. I suffer from lower back pain so i purchased this massager to see if it would help. Well, I can say it absolutely helped my back pain. Some of the things I love about this back massager are: 1. I’m a plus-size woman so I love the adjustable strap extension which made it very comfortable to wear. 2. Depending on your back pain you have 3 Intensities settings 3. It has 3 vibration modes 4. 3 heat timer settings. you can use it with or without the heat. 5. I love the cute little box with the carrying handle just in case you want to take it to the office. 6. I love the affordable price and it also had a coupon offer. 7. Good user manual

I bought the Snailax Heating Pad for Back Pain Relief, Vibration Massage Belt due to lower back pain. I was surprised on how well it gives massages, especially the intensity. The heating portion is just ok but the massages given makes the belt worthwhile at the price point.
