Amtech B0845 11'' Bent Nose PLIER - 90 Degree

Absolute quality product

Very handy, should have had one years ago ! It may not be a particularly well finished/ground item, as some people have noted - and I don’t suppose it will ‘last forever’ but it is very good value compared against mainstream ones and it I have no complaints - it works well. I have used it a lot for holding or tightening nuts in awkward locations.

I bought this to grip the base of a partially recessed spotlight socket that is on a short wire so I could twist and fit a replacement bulb. It did the job perfectly. Build quality is fine for my purposes.

Very helpful tool

Great pliers, easy to use, good length, great size

The pliers are 10 inches in height from tip to bottom of handle, not 11". The angled nose is just over 1 3/4" long and grooved from tip to about 5mm further down from the bend to straight, which length is worth noting in case you're thinking of fitting these in a confined area. They are solidly made with no travel at the joint side to side. The handle is gloved in some non-slip plastic which should suffice as long as your grip isn't too sweaty or greased up. All in all a reasonably priced product. However it was simply placed in a jiffy bag which unsurprisingly tore, due to the nose pointing outward, and Royal Mail had to repackage and reinforce the outer bag for delivery (with taped written apology) delaying delivery.

Great value

Great buy got a plastic bottle top stuck down the shower tray pipe next day delivery the pliers came it was a bit of a headache up until then grabbed the edge of it and with a little bit of force it flew out, this was a life saver so now it's earned a very special place in my toolbox. 😃

habe die Zange bestellt um an schwer zugänglichen Stellen Schläuche und Kabel zu verlegen. + sehr stark gebogene Spitzzange -Qualität die Zange wurde nie kontrolliert oder gar nach Fertigung geöffnet, an den Seiten entstanden beim ersten Öffnen sofort Metallspäne. die Biegung der Spitze wirkt minderwertig(nicht genau 90°), schließt nicht gleichwertig an allen Stellen etc. Zange ist extrem schwergängig. Das Griffmaterial ist minderwertig. 3 Sterne weil einziges derartiges Gerät am Markt, und der Preis die Qualität rechtfertigt. Für unter 10€ sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten. Nützlich wenn man sie in seltenen Fällen zur Hand hat. Aber nicht vorzeigbar. ;)

Pinze ottime e robuste, ordinate per un lavoro ma non mi sono servite poiché molto grosse, ma la colpa è mia che non ho letto bene la descrizione. Visto il prezzo esiguo non le ho restituite tanto sicuramente prima o poi mi serviranno
