This particular product is aimed more at casseroles, meat loaf, etc. rather than cakes, etc. What do meat loaf and casseroles have in common? They stick to the pans in which they're cooked! But not these... food removes from these without a trace; it's barely necessary to watch them. The flat pans work great for cookies, or beneath oven dishes such as pot pies, whose baked-on spills vanish without a trace.

Best money can buy. You will not regret this purchase. I have never cooked with bakeware like this before. Great for high heat roasting, cleaning could not be easier.

We love these pans and have a set of frying pans we purchased at another outlet. They require specific handling (ex. don't use non-stick cooking spray, use oil or butter instead, use only gentle soap and non-abrasive sponges) but the fact they are PFAS free, etc. makes it worth it. They are very heavy and the stick-free feature is all it claims. They're pricey, but if you watch for a sale, they're worth it and I believe they will last a long time.

Works great. Easy to clean. When using darker cookware you sometimes need to reduce baking times but it has not been an issue. Cooks evenly

These pans are very well made. Food just glides right off the, no sticking! And roasted veggies and homemade baked fries brown well. Pans do not warp in high temps in the oven. So far, no issues. These are a must have for healthy cooking and baking

I used it for a few month, so far works well. It is easy to clean, high heat tolerate and good heat distribution. I bought a whole set during on sale (good deal) and I like it. Don't used spray oil. Don' clean up when the pan not cool down.

Just got these pans yesterday. Very happy with what appears to be high-quality. One thing I didn’t think about however was the fact that I use a rack in my half and quarter sheet pans sometimes and I didn’t realize that because of the curved corners, standard racks for half and quarter sheet pans will not fit in these pans. (see pics). Again, the quality appears to be high and I don’t see any reason to return them, but be aware of the problem with cooking racks in the sheet pans.
