I’ve had this Jack for three months and one of the Pistons collapsed. It won’t jack up anything anymore and I have no way to get a hold of customer service.

For the price, I would suggest the other aluminum jack that's cheaper. This is a fantastic floor jack so far. 3 Ton support is more than enough for what I'm using it for which is what I wanted. My vehicles at most are 1.5 tons, and my new truck will be 2 tons. The elephant in the room for me is that this jack is still heavy, but not as heavy as it's other 3 ton counterparts so this is a win. The wheels REALLY help for maneuvering around, with the rear wheels being able to swivel. Dual piston lifting helps minimize the effort as well for jacking the car up. The lift action is also VERY SMOOTH. This is the most impressive part of the jack for me for how easy it was to quickly lift the car up. The handle easily comes apart into two pieces, helpful when you have the room to make jacking things up very quick and easy. I like the pad is on the smaller part so it's always utilized, and taking apart the handle helps squeeze the jack in tighter places. Finally, the jack starts the lift just low enough to get under my TT RS which is a very low to the ground. All in all, this jack has the speed and convenience, and surpassed my expectations for its functionality. Is it a great value for money? I'm not sure. It's good. I'm not sure if it's actually better than the other Big Red 3 ton jacks as I haven't used them, but I am happy with my purchase! (for reference, my image is with the jack lifted at 15 inches. It was lifted to 19" to easily fit the stand under.)

Hasta ahora a funcionando bien, solo es para trabajo de casa. Claramente no es útil para camionetas SUVS o Pickups. Es caro para lo que ofrece.
