Review: Stopped working after 7 months (update at end) - The freezer is nice, lots of space (will fit a full frozen pizza), and keeps things frozen. The fridge was a crap shoot, and was so difficult to find the sweet spot that would keep everything cold but not too cold. Some of my food had ice crystals on it from being too cold, while other items felt just barely cool and I had to throw them away out of fear of spoilage. But all that is moot when the thing doesn't even work any longer. I suffered a power outage and when I got everything turned back on, this thing did not want to cooperate. I know it has power because 1: everything else I plug into that outlet works, and 2: the light inside the fridge comes on when I open the door, but the motor itself isn't running and nothing is cooling or freezing. I put all my food into a cooler while I was waiting for the power to come back on, and I ended up having to dump an entire fridge and freezer's worth of food when the fridge didn't come back on and I had nowhere to store all my perishables. For the money I spent, and for the brand of this product, I did not expect such poor quality. I only had the thing for 7 months and it's dead. And of course I'm past the point of getting a refund. What a waste of money. Edit/update: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars because of customer service and the replacement unit I received. The manufacturer did reach out to me with tips to try getting the fridge working again, and ended up shipping me a brand-new unit. The unit was ready to go right out of the box, fully functional. The freezer keeps all my items in perfect condition, and the fridge keeps cold items fresh and crisp. No issues whatsoever. My first unit must have been a fluke because this one is working exactly as it should. I'm glad I worked with the company, as they were very responsive and worked quickly to rectify the problem. I'm now in a new condo so this fridge isn't used as often but it's great as a backup for extra items that go on sale, to stuff the fridge with pizzas or nuggets, and to stuff the fridge with beverages, yogurt, lunch meat, and leftovers. I have zero complaints and the customer service is excellent.

The freezer is nice, lots of space (will fit a full frozen pizza), and keeps things frozen. The fridge was a crap shoot, and was so difficult to find the sweet spot that would keep everything cold but not too cold.
