I've now used these for two different batches of soup. They're sturdy, easy to clean in the dishwasher, and after a minute on the counter, the soup cubes popped out. I put the frozen blocks in a ziploc bag, and voila, someone who wants one portion of soup can thaw it out quickly. I may buy the 2 cup size, too. But it's nice to have the individual portions so you don't have to wait so long for something to thaw and be eaten. Worth the investment.

Souper Cubes are awesome! These work great for freezing leftovers. They are a good size for individual portions. The rim around the top is reinforced, which helps when stacking these in the freezer. Once frozen we like to pull them out and vacu-seal them. The flexible silicone makes them easy to push out the frozen cubes. Because of their uniform size, they are easy to store back in the freezer. These trays do very well in the dishwasher and come out very clean and do not seem to maintain odors. Do yourself a favor and buy some of the corresponding crocks to reheat leftovers. The combination of both are fantastic! This is a very high quality, well thought out product.

Works great and will last a lifetime. Very durable. Great for soups, and I started using them to freeze gigantic juice cubes to use for my cocktail punch dispensers for parties. I freeze cranberry or orange juice cubes and put them in the clear dispenser. Then I add sliced oranges, chilled alcohol, chilled juices/mixers and regular ice. Be sure to use all chilled liquids. The large cubes lasted for 6 hours before melting completely in a non-insulated glass container. Worked so well to keep my cocktail drink chilled for guests. Loved it!

I absolutely love this super cube silicone freezer tray. I am a widow and live alone. It is perfect for freezing soup. The frozen cubes come out of the tray very easily which I then put in a freezer bag. I recently decided to try some Marinara sauce because the 32 oz. jar is much too large for me to use up for just one person. Again, the 32 oz. sauce filled all 4 compartments which I froze. Popped frozen cubes into a freezer bag which frees me up to put something else in these silicone freezer tray. I thought they were pricey but am so glad that I bought them!

The silicone is thick and performs it's function to store / freeze leftovers! There was no distinct smell from the silicone for me. Very easy to pour into and store in the fridge.

Have been using constantly since purchased. Well made. Sturdy. My ONLY complaint is that the cover doesn't fit very snuggly to the tray so the liquid does splash around. You have to very carefully place in freezer bc if you don't the perfectly measured portion will not be so perfectly portioned any longer.

I'm very impressed at the sturdiness of these trays. So far I've batched cooked and frozen in them, curry, vegetable soup and, at the weekend, a big batch of turkey broth. They clean up well, but silicone will hang onto some smells, it's in the nature of that material. It's nothing horrible but I keep these for, shall we say, more fragrant food so it's not really a problem. They have 2 measurements in each cube 1/2 cup and.1 cup - so that's useful. If you don't fill beyond that, you won't have bulging when frozen and they'll easily release. I'm investing in more of these.

These would make an excellent gift for your favorite holiday hostess. I'm so glad I bought name brand on these silicone freezer trays. The trays are sturdy enough to stack when full of food, and the lids fit securely. I didn't realize until I checked washing instructions that Souper Cubes are also oven safe! Obviously, these are primarily for freezing food cubes which can easily be transferred to plastic freezer bags, but I'm also looking forward to collecting more trays so I can drop off re-heatable meals for single and elderly loved ones. The four trays would be perfect for turkey in broth, mashed potatoes with gravy, green bean casserole, and sweet potatoes at Thanksgiving. The fact that they're freezer safe will make it convenient for me to prepare such single-serving meals in advance, and the oven-safe aspect means they'll be simple for my loved ones to use--just thaw and bake! Convenient to use and clean - great to minimize food wastage

Well made. Easy to use and easy to get the food out when frozen.. feel like these will last . Like the mental ring in the top to use to get the food out. Helps things cool quickly. I’ve used to many different types of meals and no staining. I put mine in the dishwasher with no noted problems. Capacity appear accurate to level indicators. While they are more pricey than others I like them so much I have bought other sizes available and would not go back. I can’t wait for the stoneware for these to become available in the uk.
