**Q: After charging the fan for around 4 hours the blue light is still blinking.. what to do? How do i know that fan is fully charged?**
A: There’s no indicator for full charging of the battery. Therefore, even the battery is fully charged, the blue light indicator at the backside will keep on blinking.

**Q: Can it be placed on a flat surface - i.e. without using the clip mechanism?**

Average fan with low battery efficiency Size of the fan is as stated. Lightweight and good build quality. Speed is okay seeing it's size. Buttons are placed in a very inconvenient position, difficult to operate with one hand. Worst part is the battery life. After full charge, it hardly operates for an hour in top speed.
