Pure Magnesium Oil Spray

Okay - I was reading a health letter recently about how healthy magnesium is for your body, but it isn't absorbed real well when you take it in supplement form. Magnesium has several benefits I have read about that make me want to get it into my body as best I can. For one thing, I have read that getting adequate magnesium gets you better sleep. I have always been a poor sleeper, staying up until 2-3 am in the morning and then getting up every couple hours to go to the bathroom. Then I can't get back to sleep. Every noise in the house at night wakes me up. So, I am tired during the day, but after 68 years of living with this, I am used to it. I have also read that magnesium aids bone integrity and strength - Magnesium helps to fix calcium properly. It may blow some people's mind that the calcium supplements they're taking are not only useless, but are actually contributing to osteoporosis! There are actually about eighteen essential nutrients that contribute to bone health; Magnesium is definitely one of the most essential, because it stimulates a particular hormone called calcitonin. And, it also suppresses a hormone called parathyroid that breaks down bone. Taking calcium supplements without magnesium is setting you up for poor absorption and excess calcium in your body in the wrong places - like kidney stones. Magnesium is an alkalizer. Your health is a lot better if you are slightly alkaline or at least neutral. An acid body brings disease and sickness. There are a lot of other benefits, but these are important to me. I have taken magnesium in various forms, but never seems to get the benefits I have read about. And then this article about how well your body absorbs magnesium by spreading it on your skin where your body can take it up quickly without having to go through your digestive system. So, I looked around Amazon and found this particular brand that is reasonably priced and it has a lot of product for your money. The wife and I both use it. We do 6-7 sprays on some part of the body every morning - sometimes a leg, sometimes and arm, sometimes a chest - it gets spread around. So, the reason I gave this 5-stars is that almost immediately - like the second day, the wife and I slept all night. What a deal. I can't believe something simple like this made me sleep all night without getting up once. My wife has an overactive bladder and gets up frequently, but even her trips to the bathroom have been cut in half. So, I can attest to the fact that this stuff helps you to sleep. I haven't taken it long enough to tell if it makes any difference in bone strength. I am hoping the de-alkalizing ability of this can help keep me healthy over the Winter. So far so good. The ingredient list says nothing about any oil in the bottle, but when you spray it on your skin and then rub it in with your hands, it does have a slightly oily feel, not unpleasant. It has no odor. So, I will buy this again when the bottle runs out. The wife and I both use it and the sleep benefit is a pleasant surprise. The rest is gravy if it does anything else besides this.

This is a miracle worker, I bought new sneakers with inserts and the clerk said you don't need to break them in gradually so I wore them and walked 4 miles every day. But, woke up in the middle of the night with sore legs and could hardly walk, googled it and was told to spray Magnesium Oil on my legs and massage it in. The pain went away and I was able to go back to sleep. Last night my husband woke me up with bad cramps after wearing his new Birkenstock slippers all day and I sprayed Magnesium OIl on his Thighs and butt and he was able to go back to sleep. Will never be without this product by my bed side.

I have used other brands of magnesium spray in the past. I've only been using this brand for 5 days. The results I'm experiencing far supersede previous magnesium sprays. I've been experiencing sleepless nights due to muscle cramps and leg fatigue. I spray the magnesium oil on the bottom of my feet and rub feet together and in between my toes. I am now muscle cramp and leg fatigue free and I'm sleeping through the night. This is my personal experience; not everyone may have the same experience. Yes I have tried other magnesium sprays with minimal results. The only reason I did not provide five stars is because I have not use this product for a few days.

This stuff is wonderful! I spray it on my legs at night. It completely takes care of restless leg syndrome, if you have that. But it is also the perfect way to get more magnesium into your bloodstream, which we ALL need! It makes me feel better that night and the next day. Love it, don’t ever want to be without it! Makes me feel good!

So far it seems to work as far as the magnesium at bedtime. My biggest dislike is it has sea salt in it and it’s very drying on your feet and sticky.

I use daily by mixing it with lotion so it doesnt burn my skin.Helps with stress relief and muscle pain.

Rubbing on feet and does help. Does sting if any cuts on feet or hands. Oily

I don't write reviews but I just had to do so for this product. I was looking for something else when I stumbled across magnesium oil. After reading the description, I decided to buy it for my husband who gets occasional leg cramps and doesn't sleep very well. When it arrived, I decided to try it for myself. I sprayed it on my calves. There was a light tingling sensation that felt good. I used it again later that night after my shower and woke up the next morning having felt like I just had the most solid sleep in years. What's funny is that I have no trouble with sleep but clearly there was room for improvement as this product seems to prove. But here's what I really love about magnesium oil --I think it can help with depression. A few years ago I was under a very stressful situation and it had taken quite a toll on me. I knew something was not right as I couldn't seem to recover to my normal sense of self. I've even been seeing a therapist every week for two years but I still could not shake this feeling of being trapped, emotionally stuck. Enter magnesium oil. Wow. I had no idea how important magnesium is for serotonin and for blocking cortisol. I only know this because I started doing research to help explain why I have been feeling so dramatically better since I started spritzing myself with it. I thought it was in my head but every time I use it I just feel really good shortly afterwards. There is a lot of documented research on the effects of magnesium on brain function. It hasn't even been a week since I started using this and I feel much more like my old self again. For any price this would be worth trying.

I have a sensitivity to taking magnesium orally so I thought I would try this. It still bothered m when I put it on my legs to try and treat restless leg syndrome.

Can at a descent time. However the packageing could have been better. Other than that the product itself is amazing. Thank you
